This Week’s Menu

I was thinking that I should come up with a better name for these posts, but then again it’s what I’m talking about! 🙂 This week’s menu has a comfort food feel. We have had a ruff week with some family illness and hurt feelings. All of that said it has been a comfort food week. 
This Week’s Recipes 
Creamy Dinner Hash Browns*
Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
Creamy Dinner Hash Browns
1/2 of one pound bag of frozen hash browns
1 Can of Green Beans
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Small Onion Chopped
8 oz of Milk
1/2 tsb of paprika
1/4 tsb of salt
1/4 tsb of tumeric (you could leave this out, but we had it)
Mix everything in a large bowl. Grease 8×8 size baking pan, if needed. Dump bowl into a 8X8 size baking pan. Bake at 400 for 45 mins or until the top is golden brown.
